Meet The Founder
I’m Shawn Riggs, Tennessee Real Estate Broker and founder of Riggs Group. For me, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling homes—it’s about people, relationships, and helping you find a place that truly feels like your own.
The heart behind Riggs Group comes from my mom and the values she instilled in me—care for people, make them feel welcome, and always treat them like family. Those values became the foundation of how I serve my clients today.
With years of experience and a deep knowledge of Middle Tennessee, my goal is simple: to make you feel confident, cared for, and at home throughout the entire experience.
